Technique

How to get a clean release

Titanium isn’t magic non-stick film - it performs best with correct heat and a little cooking fat.

1

Preheat

Preheat on medium for 2–3 minutes. A drop of water should bead and glide across the surface.

2

Add a little fat

Add a thin layer of oil or butter. It shimmers when the pan is ready for food.

3

Let it sear, then move

Food releases once a crust forms — don’t force the flip too early.

Construction

What's under the surface

A multi-layer build with a solid titanium cooking surface — no PFAS coating to scratch, peel, or wear away.

Cooking surface · pure titanium

Hand-hammered microtexture — coating-free, metal-utensil safe, built to last.

Core · multi-layer heat

Even heat across the base for honest searing — not a thin coated film.

Base · induction ready

Works on gas, induction, electric, ceramic, oven and grill — up to 540°C.

The coating problem

Why coated pans keep disappointing

Most non-stick pans fail because the coating is the product.

PFAS / PTFE films

Coated non-stick

PFAS / PTFE films

Coatings scratch, peel and wear. When the film is gone, so is the pan you paid for.

Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you want to know about our products.

Unlike traditional non-stick pans that rely on chemical coatings such as PTFE (Teflon), Titanoré Labs pans use a solid titanium cooking surface — no PFAS / PFOA / PTFE coating. Preheat gradually, use cooking fat, and let food release naturally before turning.

Yes for coating chemistry: Titanoré Labs pans are PFAS-, PFOA- and PTFE-free. The cooking surface is solid titanium with no chemical non-stick film — so there is nothing to peel or flake.

Absolutely! Unlike coated pans, titanium can easily withstand metal spatulas, whisks, and tongs without scratching or damage. The hand-hammered surface is incredibly resilient.

Titanoré Labs pans work on any heat source: gas, electric, ceramic, induction, oven (up to 540°C), grill, and even an open campfire. One pan, total versatility.

Yes, Titanoré Labs pans are fully dishwasher safe. But a quick rinse with warm water is usually sufficient — food slides right off the titanium surface.

Rinse with warm water before first use — no seasoning needed. Cook on low to medium heat with a little oil or butter. Metal utensils are fine. Afterwards, a quick rinse usually does it, or put it in the dishwasher.

They’re lighter than typical cast iron for everyday handling, while still feeling like a serious pan. Pick Small, Medium or Large for your stove and meals.

Seasoning is not necessary. Titanoré Labs pans are ready to use straight out of the box. For best results, preheat gradually, use enough cooking fat, and let food release naturally before turning.
