Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to love cooking with Titanoré Labs. If you don't, we'll make it right.

30-Day Returns

You may return any item within 30 days of delivery, no questions asked. This voluntarily extends the 14-day withdrawal right that applies to EU and UK consumers by law — your statutory rights remain unaffected.

To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original condition and, where possible, in its original packaging. Normal inspection of the product (as you would in a store) is of course fine.

How to Start a Return

  1. Contact us via the contact page within 30 days of delivery, stating your order number.
  2. We confirm your return and send the return address and instructions within 1–2 business days.
  3. Ship the item back with a tracked service — it remains your responsibility until it reaches us.

Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect — then we cover return shipping and offer an immediate replacement or full refund.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we process your refund to the original payment method within 14 days. Original shipping costs are refunded when the entire order is returned within the statutory withdrawal period, or when the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order on delivery. If an item is defective, damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with photos and your order number — we resolve it with a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

25-Year Warranty

Separate from your return rights, every Titanoré Labs pan carries a 25-year warranty against manufacturing defects: develops your pan a manufacturing defect within 25 years of purchase, we replace it free of charge. Not covered: normal wear, the natural titanium patina, misuse or accidental damage. To claim, contact us with your order details and photos.

Exceptions

Gift cards and items marked as final sale (if any) cannot be returned. Nothing in this policy limits your statutory consumer rights.
