Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to all orders placed through titanorelabs.com, operated by Titanoré Labs (“we”, “us”), based in the Netherlands. By placing an order you agree to these Terms. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

1. Products & Information

We sell titanium cookware and kitchen tools. We take care to describe our products accurately, including materials and heat tolerances. Minor variations in appearance — including the hand-hammered surface pattern and the natural patina titanium develops with use — are inherent to the product and not defects.

2. Orders & Acceptance

An order is placed when you complete checkout and constitutes an offer to purchase. We may decline or cancel orders in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors or stock issues; in that case you are refunded in full. You receive an order confirmation by email.

3. Prices & Payment

Prices are shown in your local currency at checkout (EUR, USD or GBP depending on your region). Prices for EU and UK customers include applicable VAT; for US customers, any applicable taxes are shown at checkout. Payment is processed securely by our payment providers; we never store your card details. Obvious pricing errors do not bind us.

4. Shipping

Shipping costs and delivery estimates are shown at checkout and described in our Shipping Policy.

5. Returns & Withdrawal

You may return items within 30 days of delivery as described in our Returns & Refunds Policy. EU and UK consumers additionally enjoy their statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, which is fully honoured within the 30-day window.

6. 25-Year Warranty

Titanoré Labs pans carry a 25-year warranty against manufacturing defects, in addition to your statutory warranty rights. Details in the Returns & Refunds Policy.

7. Proper Use

Our products are intended for normal domestic and professional kitchen use. Follow the included care instructions. We are not liable for damage caused by misuse.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the purchase price of the products concerned. We do not exclude or limit liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for your statutory consumer rights.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website (text, images, video, branding) is our property or used with permission and may not be reproduced without consent.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Dutch law. If you are a consumer, you also enjoy the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of your country of residence. Disputes may be submitted to the competent court or, for EU consumers, via the EU ODR platform.
