- European Union: standard shipping €12.95
- United States, United Kingdom & rest of world: standard international shipping €19.95 (shown in your local currency at checkout)

Delivery Estimates
- Netherlands: 1–3 business days after dispatch
- European Union: 3–7 business days after dispatch
- United Kingdom & United States: 7–14 business days after dispatch

Customs, Duties & Taxes
For orders shipped outside the European Union, import duties or taxes may apply depending on your country's regulations. Any such charges are the responsibility of the customer unless local law requires otherwise. Orders to the United States under the de minimis threshold typically enter free of import duty.
Order Issues
Wrong address? Contact us via the contact page as soon as possible — we can usually adjust it before dispatch. If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, let us know and we will resolve it with the carrier: you will never be left without your order or a refund.
