Cooking & Care

Solid titanium needs almost nothing — no seasoning ritual, no soft coating to protect. A few habits keep every cook sharp.

Heat

Preheat the pan for an even sear. Solid titanium handles high heat — up to 540°C. Start medium-high, then adjust. A drop of water that skates means you are ready.

Oil & food release

A light film of oil helps the first cook. Titanium is non-porous; release improves as you cook with fat. Avoid aerosol sprays that leave sticky residue.

Metal utensils

Yes. Forks, whisks, spatulas — the surface is not a soft coating. Cut on a board, not in the pan.

Cleaning

Dishwasher safe. Or hot water, mild soap, soft sponge. For stuck bits: simmer water a minute, wipe. No harsh scouring needed; the metal will not peel.

Cutting boards

Wash after raw proteins. Titanium boards are non-porous — no grooves to trap juice. Dry upright. Dishwasher fine.

30-day home trial

Cook with it. If it is not for you, send it back within 30 days. No warranty theatre — just solid titanium and a real trial.
