25-year warranty — terms
The Titanoré Labs Chef’s Pan includes a 25-year limited manufacturer’s warranty against manufacturing and material defects under normal household use, in addition to your statutory consumer rights.
Start date
Warranty starts on the delivery date (or invoice date if delivery date is unavailable).
Covered
- Manufacturing defects in the pan body or handle under normal household use.
- Material defects that make the pan unsuitable for normal cooking.
Not covered
- Normal wear (discoloration, patina, light utensil marks).
- Damage from drops, misuse, dry overheating, or third-party modifications.
- Commercial / food-service use unless agreed in writing.

How to claim
- Email info@titanorelabs.com with subject “Warranty claim”.
- Include order number, photos, and a short description.
- We’ll assess repair, replacement, or another remedy. Do not ship without approval.
Returns (separate)
See our refund policy: unused product in original condition within 30 days of delivery; customer pays return shipping unless law requires otherwise. Marketing must not promise free “cook-with-it” returns beyond that policy.
