Our 25-Year Warranty
A Titanoré Labs pan has no coating to wear off — which is why we can stand behind it for 25 years. If your pan develops a manufacturing defect within 25 years of purchase, we will replace it free of charge.
What is covered
- Manufacturing and material defects in the titanium cooking surface, body, handle and rivets
- Warping or structural failure under normal household use
- Defects that prevent normal use of the pan
What is not covered
- Normal signs of use, including scratches from utensils and the natural patina that develops with cooking (the patina improves release and is not a defect)
- Discoloration caused by heat — a natural property of titanium that does not affect performance
- Damage caused by misuse, modification, or use outside a normal household setting
- Accidental damage, such as dropping the pan
How to make a claim
- Email us at vanengeleninvestment@gmail.com with your order number (or other proof of purchase) and photos of the defect.
- We will respond within 2 business days.
- If the defect is covered, we will send you a free replacement. If the exact model is no longer available, we will offer an equivalent or better model.
