The Titanoré Labs Difference
Built for the long run.
Every detail counts. Every material has been selected for both performance and safety.
-
No PFAS. No PFAS, PFOA or PTFE coating. Titanoré Labs cookware is made without PFAS, PFOA, PTFE, or synthetic non-stick coatings. Unlike traditional pans that rely on chemical surface layers, our cooking surface is solid titanium — without anything sprayed or applied to it.
-
Solid Titanium Surface Instead of a coating over aluminum, Titanoré Labs uses a real titanium cooking surface. No fragile chemical coating that can scratch, peel, or break — just a solid titanium cooking surface.
-
Resistant to extreme heat (up to 540°C) Many coated pans have strict heat limits because the surface begins to break down at high temperatures. Titanium retains its structural integrity at serious cooking heat, without being dependent on temperature restrictions.
-
Even heat everywhere A multi-layered core distributes heat evenly across the entire surface. This reduces hotspots and ensures consistent cooking results from the center of the pan to the edges.

Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you want to know about our products.
Unlike traditional non-stick pans that rely on chemical coatings such as PTFE (Teflon), Titanoré Labs pans are made of solid aerospace-grade titanium. There is no synthetic non-stick coating. Preheat gradually, use cooking fat, and let food release naturally before turning.
Yes. Titanoré Labs pans contain zero PFAS, PTFE, lead, cadmium, or other harmful substances. The cooking surface is solid titanium with no chemical coating — so there is nothing to peel, flake, or transfer into your food.
Absolutely! Unlike coated pans, titanium can easily withstand metal spatulas, whisks, and tongs without scratching or damage. The hand-hammered surface is incredibly resilient.
Titanoré Labs pans work on any heat source: gas, electric, ceramic, induction, oven (up to 540°C), grill, and even an open campfire. One pan, total versatility.
Yes, Titanoré Labs pans are fully dishwasher safe. But a quick rinse with warm water is usually sufficient — food slides right off the titanium surface.
Rinse with warm water before first use — no seasoning needed. Cook on low to medium heat with a little oil or butter. Metal utensils are fine. Afterwards, a quick rinse usually does it, or put it in the dishwasher.
Titanium is 45% lighter than steel. A 30 cm Titanoré Labs pan weighs only 950 grams — about half the weight of a comparable cast iron or stainless steel pan. Comfortable enough for everyday cooking.
Seasoning is not necessary. Titanoré Labs pans are ready to use straight out of the box. For best results, preheat gradually, use enough cooking fat, and let food release naturally before turning.
